Neal Goldfarb has three decades of experience in substantial and sophisticated litigation in a broad range of business, corporate, and commercial disputes. He has tried cases in federal and state court, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations. He is also a highly qualified appellate lawyer who has argued cases in three federal circuits and in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and who has briefed cases in three additional federal circuits. He has also filed amicus briefs in cases before the Supreme Court.

Educational Background and Civic Involvement

Mr. Goldfarb obtained his law degree, summa cum laude, from the American University in 1980. He graduated first in his class and received the Outstanding Graduate Award and the Washington College of Law Award for Outstanding Scholarship. He was an article editor of the American University Law Review. Mr. Goldfarb has taught legal writing at the George Washington University Law School. He is on the board of directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of the Nation's Capital.
