The firm's partner Efe Poturoglu was recently interviewed by TGRT/Voice of America regarding the new bill aimed at giving Turkish companies the right to invest in Native-American lands without the approval of the U.S. government.
If this bill becomes the law, Turkey will be the first and only country in the world that will be allowed to enter into economic relationships with Native-American tribes without the approval of the U.S. Department of Interior.
